What the forms ask for

A newsletter request includes your email and consent to delivery. Contact messages include your name, email, subject, message, and permission to process the inquiry. Source submissions include your name, email, title, message, an external source URL, and permission to review the submission.

The form service also records the page you submitted from, the submission time, and the consent wording version. Please include only information needed for the request. Do not send passwords, payment information, or private records about other people.

Why that information is used

Newsletter information is used to manage the requested subscription and email delivery. Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your message. Submission information is used to evaluate the proposed source or idea. Contacting us or submitting an idea does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Service providers

Forms are processed by the shared site operations service, Sprigpost. Newsletter delivery uses Resend. Hosting and form services may also process technical request information to provide the site and protect it from abuse. Visiting an external source follows that website’s own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use the contact form with “Privacy request” as the subject. Describe the request without including identity documents or sensitive records in the message.

Local interactions

The reading pages and printable materials do not ask you to create an account. The site’s source does not include Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

Page-view measurement

If enabled on the production site, the shared page-view counter sends the page path and event type to this site’s own endpoint. It does not use cookies, persistent visitor IDs, session replay, or search terms. It honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Technical request information may still be handled by the hosting service. Counts describe page views, not unique people.

Children

Forms and newsletters are intended for adults. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe such information was submitted, contact us so the request can be reviewed.
